Water supply to a number of premises in Kennedy Town and

Stanley will be interrupted from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. on Tuesday and

Wednesday (March 2 and 3) respectively.

During these periods, the Waterworks Office will carry out

leakage tests in the two areas.

The premises to be affected on Tuesday are bounded by

Smithfield Road to Cadogan Street and Forbes Street to the New

Praya.

On Wednesday, the premises to be affected are bounded by

Stanley Main Street and Tung Tau Wan Road.

THREE LOTS OF N.T. CROWN LAND FOR SALE NEXT MONTH

Three lots of Crown land in the New Territories will be offered

for sale next month.

The first will be auctioned in the Sha Tin Government Secondary

School on Tuesday (March 2). It is a 21,320 sq.ft. area of land at Fo

Tan to be used for industrial and/or godown purposes only.

The building covenant is $3.2 million in 30 months from April 1.

Fo Tan is now being developed as Sha Tin new town's industrial area.

The other two lots will be auctioned on March 16. They are a

7,770 sq.ft. area at Sai Kung town which is to be put up for sale at San

Po Kong Government Offices, and a 5,500 sq.ft. area in the centre of

Yuen Long which is to be offered for sale in Yuen Long Town Hall.

The building covenants are $1.55 million and $1.7 million respectively. Both lots are to be used for non-industrial purposes.
