FUN FAIR FOR 4,000 YOUNGSTERS
A Lunar New Year Fun Fair will be held to entertain 4,000
youngsters of the Sau Mau Ping Estate tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon.
The fun fair, which has 19 games stalls in all, will take place
at the hall and carpark of the Sau hau Ping (Central) Estate Welfare
Building.
The four-hour programme has been organised by 14 welfare
associations in the area on the initiation of the Social Welfare Department's
Community Work Offices in Sau Mau Ping Central and South.
A brief opening ceremony officiated by representatives of the
organisers will be held at 2.30 p.m. before the fair starts. There will
be awards for the best designed games stalls.
