Commission in the Bahamas from 1969-75.

Mr. Fletcher joined the Marine Department in 1953 as a Surveyor of Ships. He was promoted to Deputy Director of Marine in 1967 and to
Director in 1973.
He has proved to be a most able Director of Marine, and his department
enjoys the trust and confidence of the shipping industry in Hong Kong.
