Q.P.M. (Queen's Police Medal)

Mr. James Joseph Edward Morrin

Mr. Morrin, an Acting Assistant Commissioner of Police,

is ecurrently District Police Commander (Kowloon).

He joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1953 and has

since served in various formations, both on the staff and in operational

roles.

He was the Director of the former Anti-Corruption Office

from April 1973 to January 1974.

In this position, he dispayed all the characteristics of a

first-rate leader, directing his staff most efficiently through a most

trying period.
