Mr. Mui Tong
Mr. Mui, a Field Assistant Class I of the Agriculture and Fisheries
Department, has been known as the most experienced and most skilled pig
inseminator in Hong Kong.
He joined the government as a Labourer in 1946 and was promoted
to the post of Stockman in 1954, and to the present grade in 1966.
Mr. Mui was trained as the first pig inseminator when the modern
techniques of artifical insemination of pigs was introduced into
Hong Kong in the late 1950's.
His expertise in this area, coupled with his diligence and dedication,
has contributed greatly to the pig artificial insimination scheme in Hong
Kong.

Mr. LAW Chak-tong
Mr. Law, Headmaster Tem Chuk Hang Primary School, has given
valuable service for many years as a member of the Fanling Rural
Committee, and more recently as its Chairman.
In particular he has contributed a great deal to the Fight
Violent Crime Campaign.

Mr. YIP Sung
Mr. Yip, Supervisor of Lei Yue Mun Hoi Bun Primary School,
founded the School in 1948. He has also been enthusiastic in raising
funds for charity and in supporting various official campaigns for
civic improvement..
