Mr. Robert Kwok Cheung

Mr. Kwok is a Senior Fisheries Officer with the Agriculture
and Fisheries Department. He has been in the government service for
271⁄2 years and during this time contributed much to the fishing industry,
being largely responsible for the smooth transition from traditional
to modern fishing techniques.

Major Gerald Foster Doggett, MC
Major Doggett retired as Medical Defence Staff Officer of
the Auxiliary Medical Service in April this year after 17 years of
service. Prior to his retirement, he was mainly responsible for the
fine achievements of the Auxiliary Medical Service which has rendered
valuable service to the community.

Mr. Leung Hon-ming
He
Mr. Leung is a Superintendent of the Urban Services Department.
He first joined the civil service as a Junior Clerk in January 1939.
and became a Probationary Health Inspector the following year.
has since risen to Senior Health Inspector, Chief Health Inspector and
finally to his present rank of Superintendent in 1971.
