In addition, the existing Possession Point Playground will be

re-developed incorporating an underground car park capable of accommodating

over 200 cars;

There will also be a large hawker bazaar site at the western

end of the area and public baths and latrines are also to be provided.

The remaining cleared sites will be amalgamated into larger sites

and will be offered for sale to the public for commercial and residential

--

development.

Special conditions will be imposed on the developers to ensure

that future development will be in accordance with the planned layout

and completed within a stipulated period.
