CROWN LAND SALE

Three lots of Crown land at Lai Chi Kok in Kowloon and at Aberdeen
on Hong Kong Island will be put up for sale later this month.
The two lots in Kowloon are located between Lai Chi Kok Road
and Cheung Sha Wan Road, and have been earmarked for industrial and/or
godown purposes. They have a total area of more than 25,000 square feet,
The lot on Hong Kong Island is reserved for private residential
development. It is situated at Black's Link, and has an area of 47,000
square feet.
The auction will take place on Friday, December 28 at 2.30 p.m.
in the lecture room on the 8th floor of the City Hall High Block.
Full particulars and conditions of sale may be obtained from the Public Enquiry sub-office, Central Government Offices (west wing); or
at the Crown Lands and Survey Office, Kowloon Government Offices, 405 Nathan
Road.
