Police Constable Luk was on duty outside a bank during an

armed robbery, and was threatened by one of the robbers who fled from

the building carrying a revolver. In spite of the risk of injury, P.C. Luk

approached the man, disarmed and arrested hin, displaying bravery

of the highest order.
