In view of the very high number of children between the ages
of 11 and 17 years, the spokesman said, the provision of new juvenile
identity cards would take some time to complete.
At the start of the scheme, therefore, only 11-year-old children
born between November 2, 1961 and November 1, 1962 and children between
the ages of 12 and 17 years who have not yet been registered for an iden-
tity card will be registered for new identity cards.

CALLY CLOSURE OF CAUSEWAY BAY FLYOVER
The one-way flyover leading from the waterfront near Victoria
Park to the Causeway Bay area will be closed for a few hours early this
Friday morning (September 28).
The temporary closure is to facilitate maintenance works,
From 12.30 a.m. to 5 a.. that day, eastbound traffic on Glou-
cester Road going to Causeway Bay will be diverted to Victoria Park
Road, Wing King Street, lectric Road, Hing Fat Street, the slip road
opposite Victoria Park Swimming Pool and the westbound carriageway of
Victoria Park Road.
Appropriate traffic signs will be posted to guide motorists.
