Mr. Malcolm MacDonald Swan, J.P.
Mr. Swan has been head of the Government Executive Grade since 1969.
He joined the civil service as a class II member of the Senior
Clerical and Accounting Staff in 1940.
He has served in a variety of responsible posts, and distinguished
himself in the administration of the Executive and other grades under his control.
He was made an Official Justice of the Peace in 1970.

One of the Sisters of St. Paul of Chartros, Sister Roso-Mary has devoted
herself to the cause of education in Hong Kong ever since she came here in 1953.
She was principal of St. Paul's Convent School for 18 years, and
