Copies of the forecast may be obtained free of charge by calling

at any of the above offices or by written request to the Crown Lands & Survey

Offices.

The sale dates for each lot will be notified in the Government

Gazette and advertised in English and Chinese newspapers in the usual way.

At the time of advertising, detailed Conditions of Sale and sale

plans will be available to the public and these may be obtained at the

Crown Lands & Survey Office listed above or at the Public Enquiry Bureau,

Central Government Offices, West Wing, Ground floor, Ice House Street.

REPRIEVE NOT GRANTED

His Excellency the Governor, after taking into account the advice

of the Executive Council, has decided not to grant a reprieve in the case

of Tsoi Kwok-cheong, who was found guilty on November 2, 1972 of the murder

of Ng Sung-por.
