WALKATHON FOR TSZ WAN SHAN CHILDREN

Four hundred children living at Tsz Wan Shan resettlement estate

will be taking part in a walkathon over a course about a mile long tomorrow (Sunday).

The event has been organised for children aged from nine to

14 by the Tsz Wan Shan Estate Community Work Office of the Social Welfare

Department and a number of local voluntary organisations.

Participants will set off at 2:30 p.m. from the Tsz Wan Shan

Estate Welfare Building car park, and return to this point after circling

the estate over a course which is expected to take about 30 minutes to

complete.

There will be a prize-giving ceremony in the assembly hall

of the estate welfare building at 3:30 p.m.
