In addition, the planning of the project allows for the arena to

be used for large and medium scale exhibitions and conventions.

In the building complex, there will be five meeting rooms, each

catering for gatherings for up to 50 people.

Additional meeting space can be obtained by conversion of the

200-seat restaurant.

Round the stadium, there will be 200,000 square feet of open

space where open-air exhibitions can conveniently be staged.

"The stadium is expected to be fully utilised throughout the

year," the spokesman said.
