BOOKLET ON STRIKES AND THE LAW

The Labour Department has recently prepared a booklet in English

and Chinese describing in non-legal language the law on strikes, strikers

and lockouts.

This booklet which does not touch upon the legal position of trade

unions when they become involved in strikes, should be of particular interest

to employers, workers and trade unionists, and is being distributed free of

charge.
