At 11.45 a.m. on November 15 (Wednesday),

Mr. Royle will give a 30-minute press conference

in the G.I.S. Theatre, Beaconsfield House, 5th floor.

Simultaneous interpretation will be provided.

Mr. and Mrs. Royle are due to leave Hong

Kong for Bangkok at 1.30 p.m. the same day by Singapore Airlines Flight SQ 632. There will be

the usual facilities for photography on the tarmac.

Special lapel badges will be issued to photographers and cameramen covering the arrival

and departure. Editors are requested to complete

the attached application form and send in their

nominations to the Press Officer, Government

Information Services, not later than 5 p.m. on

November 9 (Thursday). Lapel badges will be

ready for collection the following day from

the Press Room, G.I.S.
