PRECAUTIONS AGAINST THE MOSQUITO MENACE
The Urban Services Department today issued a list of hints on ways
to help eliminate the mosquito menace.
A spokesman for the department said insecticides and repellents were
ineffective against mosquitoes while their breeding ground
was allowed to stand.
