"Hong Kong is now able to provide free primary education for
all: the objective has now moved on to the provision of secondary education
for all who seek it, and a great expansion is taking place. This fine
new school is one more step towards this provision. Situated in an area
where the need is great it is yet another example of what can be achieved
by collaboration between Government and a private sponsoring body. I
should like to congratulate all those concerned in this project
planners, the buildrs, the departments concerned and the providers of funds
both Government and private.
