Mr. Wong Hui-vin

Mr. Wong rotired from Government service as a Chinese Literary Clerk of the Secretariat for Chinese Affairs in March this year. He joined the civil service as a Chinese Writer in 1946. This post was renamed the Chinese Literary Clerk in 1965. He carried out special translation work and conducted researches into difficult points of Chinese culture and literature. M.B.F. Mrs. Kathloon Eunice Cheung

Mrs. Cheung is a Senior Education Officer and the Headmistress of Hotung Technical School for Girls. She was appointed a University Trained listress in 1935. Between 1941 and 1945, she worked in the British Liaison Office in Kweilin and Kunming. During the period from 1946 to 1948 she was the Secretary of the Supplies, Trade and Industry Department before re-joining the Education Department in 1948.
