was again put in command of the Narcotics Bureau, this post having moanthile
been upgraded to that of Senior Superintendent. He was promoted to this
rank on April 1, 1964.
Since January 1965, he has commanded the Traffic Branch with the
aoting rank of Chief Superintendent.

Throughout his gazetted service and especially since first being

displayed good leadership, energy, determination and drive, achieving close
and harmonious liaison with other agencies in the same field of work,
