COMMONWEALTH SCHOLARS DUE IN HONG KONG

Miss Jocelyn V. Milner, a British girl studying in Australia and who

has been awarded one of two Commonwealth scholarships offered by the Hong

Kong Government, is due to arrive in Hong Kong by the s.s. "Tjiwangi" tomorrow

(Saturday).

She will take up post-graduate studies in Chineso at the University

of Hong Kong for a period of two years.

The other scholar, is Mr. Winston G. Lewis, an Australian. to arrive in Hong Kong by air (Pan American flight PA2) on Monday, January 2. He will also take up a two-year post-graduate study in Chinese at the University

of Hong Kong.
