I am, however, glad to be able to add that for 1872 there will be a surplus of $12 only, and for 1873 of $226, allowing any necessary increase in expenditure on Establishments.\n\n6. I can assure Your Lordship that I am most anxious to prevent any unnecessary increase in expenditure on Establishments.
