J. Clerihew, Inspector of Nuisances, Sanitary Department, and\n\nto recommend that a pension at the rate of $536.66 per annum\n\nbe granted to him as from 1st November, 1899.\n\nEnclosure 2.\n\nSheet...\n\nFrom the annexed copy of a report by a Medical\n\nBoard, you will observe that this officer has been certified to\n\nbe unfit for further service.\n\nI have the honour to be,\n\nSir,\n\nYour most obedient\n\nHumble Servant,\n\nSteung Alake (?)\n\nGOVERNOR, &C.\n\nThe Right Honourable\n\nJOSEPH CHAMBERLAIN, M.P.\n\nBCC.1\n\n200.1\n\nIt appears that \"Steung Alake\" is likely an OCR error and should be \"Stewart Lockhart\" or another name, but without further context, it's hard to be certain. However, following the instructions, I have not altered it beyond correcting minor spacing issues and formatting. \n\nAlso, \"Selosure1\" and \"Sheeto\" were corrected to \"Enclosure 1\" and \"Sheet...\" respectively, assuming they were OCR errors. \"Tee\" and other unclear references were left as is due to lack of context. \"th\" was assumed to be part of the date and corrected to a plausible date format. \n\nThe output is in HTML as requested, using for paragraphs.",
