About the middle of June, 1929. The position was that they were in the custody of Mr. Ross who was preparing a report. They were in my possession through Mr. Ross, when on the 11th of June I went to the Instone Bank and took over.\n\nThe Winding-Up Order was dated the 10th of June.\n\nHis Lordship: How about the Public Examination, do you propose to read the whole of that to the jury?.\n\nNo, only small portions of it.\n\nMr. Fitzroy:\n\nHis Lordship to Mr. Brewer: Do you wish the whole of it to be read to the jury?.\n\nI would prefer it to be read to the jury intact.\n\nHis Lordship to Mr. Fitzroy: Would it be convenient to read it before calling Mr. Ross?.\n\nYes, my Lord.\n\n(Mr. Fitzroy then read the Public Examination of Mr. Noel Instone Brewer to the Jury.",
