Daylight sending range 300 miles south-west, west and north-west, 150 miles in other directions. Night sending range 600 miles south-west, west and north-west, 300 miles in other directions.\n\nStations operated by the United States Army.\n\n1. CORREGIDOR STATION on Corregidor Island. System Telefunken. Power 8 kilowatts primary. Aerial radiation 2.5 kilowatts. Wave-length about 1000 metres, but the station is not properly tuned and gives a wide variation on either side of that measurement.\n\nDaylight sending range not definitely known, but probably about 500 miles in all directions. Night sending range 1800 miles in all directions.\n\n2. FORT MCKINLEY STATION about 9 miles east by south of Manila. Three quarter kilowatt army wagon set. 60 cycles. Open spark. Daylight sending range 35 miles in all directions, night sending range 75 miles in all directions. (not at present in use).\n\n3. FORT WINDT STATION on Grande Island in Subig Bay. 1 kilowatt, 60 cycles. Open spark. Daylight sending range 50 miles, night sending range 100 miles.\n\nThe United States Army wireless installation at FORT DRUM, FORT FRANK, FORT HUGHES, and MANILA are not now in use.\n\nIn addition to ships of the United States Navy on duty in Philippines waters, the following United States Government vessels are equipped with wireless telegraphy:\n\nPage 65",
