        "content_text": "In the process of the Court, \n\nI now beg to inclose copy and translation of \n\nthe reply which I have \n\nreceived from Count Berchem, from \n\nwhich H. E. L. will observe that, as the Imperial Ministry for Foreign \n\nAffairs has not yet \n\nreceived the \n\nConsul's Report, it begs that \n\nno further action may be taken until \n\nthe report in question has been \n\nreceived and taken into consideration, \n\nI have, &c., \n\nE. O. 8316 \n\nReceived \n\nReg'd 15 May 86, \n\nBerlin, \n\n8.5.86. \n\nThe Director of the Foreign Office, \n\nCount Berchem, in reply to its Note Verbale of 24th ulto. respecting the action of the Imperial Acting Consul \n\nvon Rollendorff in a suit reading before the English High Court at Hongkong, has the honour to inform H. E. Sir E. Malet that the report of the German official on the question \n\nis not yet received, but in consequence \n\nof the above mentioned note a report has been requested in case it should \n\nnot already have been sent.
