Hubback, late Government Architect, Federated Malay States.\n\n(b) P/Pensions/Hong Kong, of the 22nd of November, respecting pension of Mr. W.R. Sutton, late Police Sergeant, Hong Kong.\n\nNo abatement of pension should be made in either case in respect of the employment in the Territorial Army and Royal Fleet Auxiliary, respectively, as such employment is not regarded as Government service within the meaning of the pension rules.\n\nIn any case, as regards Far Eastern Colonies, military or naval service is not regarded as Government service for this purpose.\n\nCORONIAL OFFICE,\n\nDOWNING STREET, S.W.1.\n\nNOVEMBER, 1922.",
