        "content_text": "If the Cabinet decides to adopt the recommendations of the Imperial Wireless Telegraphy Committee, it will then be for consideration whether the proposed station will meet the needs of Hong Kong. Presumably it ought to do so, as the Colony being connected up with the main chain of Imperial stations between England, the Far East and Australia will be able to communicate with any places such as Colombo where subsidiary stations may be erected.\n\nThe question, however, of communication with Honolulu is another matter and would probably require a station of a different type to that suggested. I presume, therefore, that if the Colony wants a service with Honolulu it will be necessary for it to erect an auxiliary station at its own expense.\n\nThe Colbein Grindle\n\n1/26/7/20\n\nW.
