Melches were sent away \nfrom the Colony in Sept 1914. The persons named are now \nresiding in Hong Kong \n22804 \n382 \nin Shanghai's and the \nother two, when last heard of, \nwere moving in Germany.\n\nIn these cases Mr Amar \ndoes not appear to have been \ntenants or \nto have had any \nconnection with \n(Signed) G.
