        "content_text": "14708\n\nH\n\n156\n\n\"Nautilus\" Captain Blockley, aggrieved at certain decisions of the Marine Magistrate.\n\nI referred Captain Blockley's letter to the Marine Magistrate, Captain Thornett, and have\n\nthe honour to transmit a copy of the report which has been received from that office.\n\nI have the honour to be,\n\nMy Lord, Your Lordship's most obedient\n\nhumble servant,\n\nArturmede\n\nGovernor\n\nHong Kong.\n\nReport from the Marine Magistrate on\n\nthe complaint against his decision, made\n\nto the Board of Trade by the Master\n\nof the \"Nautilus of Stobart Town\n\nThere\n\ncases were decided on\n\ntheir respective merits. The first\n\ncase was\n\none in which the defendant, who had been second mate and Boatswain, did\n\nhis work in a somewhat clumsy\n\nmanner\n\nwhich caused the master to use harsh\n\nexpression towards him, and the 2nd Mate replied in similar language.
