If Chau will refund the money it will save you and me and everybody else. If he won't refund it, they may be able to find sufficient evidence to prosecute and convict him. Of course he can run away now. But there is Lan Tat Sang. He ran away but he has been arrested again. If Chau runs away the same thing may happen to him. There are only three things for him to do.
