NGAN SHING-KWAN, C.B.E., J.P. Chairman and Managing Director. Founder of Company in, and has been Director since 1933. Mr Ngan Shing-Kwan is also Chairman of Island Communication Enterprises Limited, Director of Communication Holdings Limited and Heartwell Limited. He is Vice Patron and Advisory Board Member of Hong Kong Red Cross. Mr Ngan Shing-Kwan was formerly a member of the Legislative Council and the Executive Council of Hong Kong, a member of the Court of The University of Hong Kong and a member of the Board of Governors of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Chung Chi College.

Joined Hong Kong Government in 1974 and has held a number of posts in various branches and departments, including Security Branch and Regional Services Department.

FANNY LAW FAN CHIU-FUN, J.P., B.Sc. (H.K.), Dip. in Management Studies (H.K.), M.P.A. (Harvard), Commissioner for Transport, (45). Appointed by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to sit on the Board of CMB under the Public Bus Services Ordinance on 4th August, 1997. Joined Hong Kong Government in 1975. Has held a number of posts in various departments and policy branches, including the Social Welfare Department, Housing Department, Civil Service Branch and Planning, Environment and Lands Branch. Most recent appointment was Director, Chief Executive's Office.

VICTOR WONG, ACIS, ACIM, (53), Personnel & Administration Manager. Was Company Secretary of CMB from 1982 to 1989 and rejoined CMB in 1993. Has 28 years experience in administration, personnel management and company secretary fields with 20 years in Senior Management post.
