Mr Ngan Shing-Kwan is also Chairman of Island Communication Enterprises Limited, Director of Communication Holdings Limited and Heartwell Limited. He is Vice Patron and Advisory Board Member of Hong Kong Red Cross. FANNY LAW FAN CHIU-FUN, J.P., B.Sc. (H.K.), Dip. in Management Studies (H.K.), M.P.A. (Harvard), Commissioner for Transport, (45). Appointed by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to sit on the Board of CMB under the Public Bus Services Ordinance on 4th August, 1997. Joined Hong Kong Government in 1975. Has held a number of posts in various departments and policy branches, including the Social Welfare Department, Housing Department, Civil Service Branch and Planning, Environment and Lands Branch. Most recent appointment was Director, Chief Executive's Office.
