Mr Ngan Shing-Kwan is also Chairman of Island Communication Enterprises Limited, Director of Communication Holdings Limited and Heartwell Limited. He is Vice Patron and Advisory Board Member of Hong Kong Red Cross. LILY YAM KWAN PUI-YING, J.P., BA(Hon), MPA, Commissioner for Transport. (50), Appointed by the Governor to sit on the Board of CMB under the Public Bus Services Ordinance on 3rd July, 1995. Joined Hong Kong Government in 1969. Has held a number of posts in various departments and branches, including the Independent Commission Against Corruption, Education and Manpower Branch, Civil Service Branch and Television & Entertainment Licensing Authority. Most recent appointments were Secretary to the ICAC Review Committee and Chairman of the 1995 Administrative Officer Recruitment Board.

VICTOR WONG, ACIS, ACIM, (51), Personnel & Administration Manager. Was Company Secretary of CMB from 1982 to 1989 and rejoined CMB in 1993. Has 26 years experience in administration, personnel management and company secretary fields with 18 years in Senior Management post.
