2nd Interim Dividend Announcement
Dear Shareholders,
The Board of Directors has pleasure in announcing that it has resolved to pay a second interim dividend of 18 cents per share for the year ended 30th June, 1990, payable on 30th August 1990 to shareholders whose names appear on the Company's Register of Members at the close of business on 23rd August, 1990. The Final Dividend for the year ended 30th June, 1990 will be payable in December, 1990 as usual and the official announcement will be issued in November, 1990.
The Register of Members will be closed from 21st August, 1990 to 23rd August, 1990 both days inclusive during which period no share transfer will be effected.
