In a scrappy, teethy game almost completely devoid of anything resembling classic football Happy Valley, the current League leaders, defeated Yuen Long by three goals to one at the Club Stadium yesterday.

Johnny Chaves' Indians became the only team in Junior league softball ever to register three shut-outs in a row and just only missed that rarity, a hat-trick in no-hits, when the Indians' pitcher Henry Vianna gave up a solitary hit, to Trendall of the Austers whom the Indians trounced 34-0. This big win brought the Indians' total number of runs in three matches to an astounding 76!
