Preston, Oct. 9. Relativos of missionaries, one a Briton and the other a New Zelander, killed by rebol tribosman in the Congo nearly a year ago, have received £3,571.com- pensation from the Katanga Government.
Mr John Parker, Secretary of the Congo Evango- listic Mission, said he had been told of the award by the British Foreign Office.
The two men were Mr Edmund Hodgson of Preston, and Mr Elton Knauf.
