Shouts of 'justice', 'fair play', “discrimination' after defeat of Asian delegates' motion

London, Sept. 28. The first day of the Extraordinary Congress of the International Football Association (FIFA) at Church House ended today on a bitter note with Lim Kee-siong, the vice-president of the Football Association of Malaya shouting down the micro- phone: "There's no justice and fair play. It is a day of mourning for soccer in Asia. We believe that right is might and not might is right. We Asians will fight again some other day".

These outspoken words were provoked by a majority decision of the delegates of 77 countries to reject Asia's demand for a greater representation in the Executive Committee of FIFA.
