A 15-year-old boy facing committal proceedings on a charge of man- slaughter was discharged this morning by Mr A. J. Sanguinetti at Causeway Bay Magistracy because there was insufficient evidence.
Mr Sanguinetti decided on the dismital after he had re- fired to his chambers to con- sider the evidence for half an hour.
