Airline fares within Western Europe will go

up five per cont effective November 1 to meet rising costs, the International Air Transport Association has nounced.

The new fares will apply to nearly all services within the area consisting of the Unite Kingdom, Ireland, Scandinavia, France, The Benelux countries, Switzerland, West Germany, Ausirta, July, Yugoslavia, Al- geria and Tunisia.
