Commonwealth cricket set-un and take part in official Test matches. The Imperial Cricket Conference, ruling body of Commonwealth cricket, at its meeting today to discuss South Africa's position, deferred the matter for a year after 90 minutes! discussion behind closed doors at Lord's.
