The Congo Government here today publish- od an "Act Of Internment" under which it claimed legal powers to detain Presi- dent Moise Tshombo of Katanga for six months without trial for allegedly threatening the security of the state. The Act, signed by Mr Cyrille Adoula, Minister of the Interior, comes 13 days after Mr Tshombe. was seized by Congolese soldiers as he pre- pared to quit the conference of political Foreign Ministers of the Nato leaders at Coquilhatville.
