The first Government-bullt low-cost housing estato for people in the lower income groups is to be con- structed in the fast growing new industrial town of Kun Tong, it was officially announced today. The new estate, consisting oft. seven blocks each of seven storeys with accommodation for between 5,000 and 6,000 people. is expected to be completed to- wards the end of next year.
