Here is a new type of road sign. The Public Works Department, is putting up a few of these stove-enamel road plates for public comment and is asking for your opinions.

The new plates have three-and-a-half inch lottering (the same as in U.K.) with English in black and white The new plates are said to be and Chinese in red. more durable than the cast-iron ones and casier to read.
