Skin and chop the mushrooms very fine. Melt half the butter in a frying pan, add the mushrooms and cook slowly for 10 minutes. Seramble the eggs in the remainder of the butter melted in another saucepan. Combine the mixtures. Place two large spoonfuls of mixture on each slice of ham, roll up and fasten with toothpicks.
Grill quickly till the ham is cooked, remove tooth/ picks and serve at once.

Smail tin cardines, 2 medium potatoes, à union, 1 hardboiled epg, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, pinch of calt, mayonnaise, shredded fettuce and 4 stuffnd olives.
Chop the potatoes very fine while hot, sosson with calt and pepper and cool. Place individual portions of potate on the lettuce and add Bardines. Chap the eggs and onion, mix with lemon juice and spread over the pardines and potato. Garnish with the olives allced thin and serve with mayonnaise.

2 pork chope, 1 cup breadcrumbs, ? tablespoon chopped onion, 1 beaten egg, pinch of salt and pepper, and enough water to melaton the bread.
Mix all the Ingredients of dressing together, Place the pork chope in a presend baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mould the dressing on top and bake in a moderately hat oven until the chopa begin to brown. Then surround the chops with thick buttered slices of tomatoes and continue baking until - both brown,
