Barely six months ago, on May 14, 1960 to be ex- act, it was my privilege to comment in this column about the possibility of introducing Little League baseball to Hongkong.

Now thanks to the hard work put in by the trio of Chairman Bill Woo, Secretary Mahadey Dayaram and Hon. Adviser Solomon Saul Little League baseball is not only being play- ed at King's Park but seems assured of a permanent place in our sports calendar for there is no doubt about its popularity among the youngsters in the 8-15 years age bracket.
