Easy weekend rugby win for Club over Police; but Dragons had harder match

By "PROP"

Dragons fought hard to defeat the Royal Warwick Regiment 11-6 in Saturday's rugby, whilst Club gained the upper. hand early in their game against the Police and did not relax their grip until they reached the final score of 13-0. A light ball combined with a stiff cross breeze to make handling conditions a little difficult at the Police ground in Boundary Street. The ground was in good shape and we looked for some fast open rugger, but this appeared only in patches.
