A group of American investors are planning to send 1,000 Chinese families from Hongkong to Brazil for a big development scheme.

Mr Robert Derr, Chairman of the Kowloon Chamber of Commerce, who disclosed the plan, saisi the American financiers had the support of both the American and Brazilian governments.
