London stocks

MARKET DROPS FURTHER improve on

The stock market · continued its

ward trend throughout the week and turnover was a far cry from that of two months ago. Although there was nd panic selling declines were bad enough

in some sections.

Hard hit were Tatkoo Docks and Dairy Farma.

The market more or less followed last week's tattern of declinės:

traded at $1.25 cheaper while the latter was off $2.50.

In utilities Trams were done in small lots at slightly lower rates. Both the ferry companies fell off. Star Ferry lost $4 while Yaumatis dropped $3.

China Lights and Electrics were down 60 and 60.cents res

while Telephones followed suit with a decline of 75 cents.

Sellers appearing in one section would invariable at-pectively tract sellers in another.
