RECENTLY in one heady

summer morning, the fashion future of England was given what could be the boost of its life. by a small group of 20-year-olds -- pupils of the Royal.College of Art's School of Fashion Design.

The school is virtually unique-for rivais, France, Italy, and America, organised as they are in other aspects, have no such reservoir of bright young designing talent to draw from,
