A Chinese businessman claimed at the_Bankruptcy Court this morning that the construction of the new Kai Tak runway had greatly affected his restaurant business in Kowloon City,

He said a fly-over bridge way} built in front of his restaurant, the Lucky Restaurant in Ngn Tring Wal Road, for lorries to carry soil to the airport during the construction of the runway, and the restaurant business had since declined.
The businessman, Chan Kwok- chol, is one of three partnera of the Wo Sang Co., trading as the Lung San Restaurant, 30-41 Nga Tsing Wal Rood, against which a receiving order had been granted on April 2.
